SUPPORT FOR THE WORK YOU DO

Room to ask. Room to grow.

Room to ask. Room to grow.

I’m Lauren Chew, LCSW. I completed my supervisor certification in September 2026 and offer clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward licensure in California.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented. You can bring challenging clinical questions, uncertainty, and the experiences that are shaping your identity as a therapist. I aim to create room for honest reflection, skill development, and finding an authentic voice in your work.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

02

Triadic

A shared conversation with two associates, creating room for individual reflection and learning from another clinician’s perspective.

03

Group

A collaborative setting to bring clinical questions, learn with other associates, and explore different perspectives.
