A LITTLE SPACE TO EXHALE

You can care for others without losing yourself.

You can care for others without losing yourself.

You may be the person others rely on—the one who keeps things moving, anticipates everyone’s needs, and finds a way to manage. Yet it can be hard to know what you need, let alone ask for it.

Perhaps you replay conversations, feel guilty saying no, or notice the same relationship patterns returning. Therapy offers a place to slow down and explore your experience without having to hold everything together.

WHAT WE CAN EXPLORE

Your needs belong in the conversation.

Your needs belong in the conversation.

Boundaries & self-trust

Explore people-pleasing, self-criticism, and the pressure to get things right. We can work on recognizing your needs, expressing limits, and making choices that feel more like your own.

Relationship patterns

Make sense of patterns in how you connect, ask for support, or respond to conflict. There is room to explore earlier experiences and how they may relate to what feels difficult today.

Life & identity changes

Find space for changes in relationships, work, pregnancy, or motherhood. You don’t have to be a parent—or be facing a major milestone—to want support with who you are becoming.

A place to hear your own voice.

A place to hear your own voice.

I’m Lauren. Becoming a mom deepened my appreciation for how life can change as we enter a new chapter. We can love the lives we’re building while still missing parts of who we were before. In our work, I bring warmth, humor, and honest questions, drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), IFS-informed parts work, and inner-child exploration as appropriate. We’ll choose what feels useful for your needs, boundaries, relationships, and sense of self.
